Stephen Franzyshen spent 35 years at DuPont as R&D and Business/Market Development Manager in the Mylar® Films Packaging Division, aligning corporate strategy with product innovation. He led cross-functional teams, driving top-line growth through market analysis, value pricing strategies, and competitive insights.

A materials science expert, Stephen pioneered polymers, films, and coatings that enhance food packaging, improve sustainability, and extend shelf life. With over 50 patents, he has a proven track record in innovation and regulatory compliance.

Before DuPont, he worked as a Pharmaceutical R&D Chemist at AH Robins. He holds a BS and MS in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary and completed PhD-level coursework in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Medical College of Virginia.
